We handle all of the formalities involved, including administrative procedures, when letting properties to new tenants in the Principality of Monaco:

• Finding the ideal product for the tenant,
• Drafting the lease and the inventory of fixtures,
• Registering the lease with the tax authorities,
• Sending notices to attend general meetings,
• Collecting and transferring rent payments,
• Paying bills and supervising maintenance and other work.
